About Howard W. Hart, Inc.

Avon Park native Howard W. Hart (#CBC-017960) began his career in stonework and became a licensed building contractor in 1980. Since 1985, Howard has been building and renovating structures, from big-name commercial properties like Winn-Dixie, Subway, Family Dollar and Golfer’s World to garage and florida-room conversions and mobile home repair.

Howard works with a crew of trusted sub-contractors, but is onsite to oversee all the work. He believes in using quality materials, and his detail-oriented character ensures that each project meets or exceeds his clients’ expectations.
